D&D Group Sp. z o.o.
Website terms of use
Effective from 1 November 2026
This is a translation. The Polish version is legally binding.
These terms set out the rules for using the D&D Group Sp. z o.o. website. They are available free of charge before you start using the website, and you can save or print them.
§1. Service provider
The website is run by D&D Group spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, registered office in Ostrów (Ostrów 418A, 37-700 Przemyśl, Poland), entered in the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000419185 by Sąd Rejonowy w Rzeszowie, XII Wydział Gospodarczy KRS (District Court in Rzeszów, 12th Commercial Division), NIP 7952525245, REGON 180840200, share capital PLN 51,000.00 ("we").
Contact: email vitalii@ddtransco.com, phone +48 728 603 505, or by post to our registered office.
These are the terms referred to in Article 8 of the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on providing services by electronic means (ustawa o świadczeniu usług drogą elektroniczną).
§2. Services on the website
Through the website we provide two services by electronic means, free of charge:
- access to the website content: information about the company, its services, destinations and contact details;
- the enquiry form, which helps you put together an email with the route, cargo and date. The form neither sends nor stores anything: when you click the button, your email app opens with a ready message that you can edit and send yourself.
The contract for a service is concluded when you start using it, that is, when you open the website or fill in the form, and ends when you stop, for example by closing the page. Using the website requires no registration and no personal data.
The content of the website is for information only and is not an offer within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.
§3. Technical requirements
All you need is a device with internet access and an up-to-date browser such as Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge. With JavaScript enabled the website works in full; without it the content is still available, only without animations. The form needs an email app or webmail set up in the browser. The website does not require cookies.
§4. Security and rules of use
Using the internet comes with common risks such as malware, phishing or someone pretending to be another person or company. Up-to-date software and care with unknown links and attachments help protect you. We never ask for passwords or card details through the website or by email.
You may not send unlawful content through the website or in messages to us, or disrupt the website's operation.
§5. Transport orders
Sending an enquiry does not conclude a contract. We carry out transport and forwarding services under separate orders (contracts) that we agree with the client for each transport, including the route, cargo, date and price. These terms do not apply to them; they are governed by the terms of the order and the law, and international road transport in particular by the CMR Convention.
§6. Complaints about the website
You can make a complaint about how the website works in any way, for example by email to vitalii@ddtransco.com, by phone or by post. Describe what does not work and tell us how we can contact you.
We will reply within 14 days of receiving the complaint. Complaints about transport are handled under the terms of the order and transport law.
§7. Availability
We try to keep the website running without interruption, but we may take it offline temporarily, for example for maintenance or during an outage at the hosting provider.
§8. Law and disputes
Matters not covered by these terms are governed by Polish law, in particular the Act on providing services by electronic means and the Civil Code. These terms do not limit the rights that mandatory law gives consumers.
Consumers can use out-of-court dispute resolution, for example the help of a district (municipal) consumer ombudsman or mediation by the regional Trade Inspection office. More information: uokik.gov.pl.
§9. Personal data
How we process personal data is described in the privacy policy.
§10. Final provisions
We may change these terms for important reasons, such as changes in the law or in the website's features. The new version applies from the day it is published on the website.
These terms are available in Polish, English and German. In case of differences, the Polish version is binding.
